About Us

The Office of Conflict Disclosure and Management has responsibility for the development of policies and procedures related to the identification and disclosure of significant financial interests and outside and scholarly activities, and the initial determination of potential conflicts of interest. The Office of Conflict Disclosures and Management (OCDM) is managed by the Director of OCDM (DCDM). OCDM develops Conflict of Interest policies and procedures and reviews MSU faculty and staff outside relationships to identify potential conflicts of interest. The Office of Research Regulatory Support has overall responsibility of ensuring compliance with federal regulations governing conflicts of interest.
