- Faculty or Staff: Disclosure submitted to CDM
- Conflict Disclosure Management: OCDM reviews disclosure
- Conflict Disclosure Management: Conflict identified? If yes, go to step 4. If no, go to step 10
- Conflict Disclosure Management: Contacts faculty/leadership to gather more information about potential overlap of MSU and non-MSU duties.
- Conflict Disclosure Management: Conflict identified after reviewing additional info? If yes, go to step 6. If no, go to step 9
- Conflict Disclosure Management: Drafts Conflict management plan…
- Conflict Review Committee: Reviews Conflict Management Plan
- Conflict Review Committee: CMP approved? If yes, go to step 10. If no, go to step 6.
- Conflict Disclosure Management: Obtain faculty, chair, dean, VP signature
- Faculty or Staff: Process complete until relationship changes, or one year has passed.
